5th Annual Western Canada Showcase
Friday January 22nd – Registration & Physical Testing (waves start 5:30PM – not necessary for coaches to attend)

Saturday January 23rd – Showcase all Classes (waves start 8AM – 6PM) Athletes dismissed at 6:00pm for coaches to speak to Seniors.

Sunday January 24th – All-Star Match 9:30-10:30am
National Team Development Camp (10:30-12:30)

Volleyball Prospects Wetern & Eastern Canada Showcases are an innovative, efficient and effective way to identify, evaluate and recruit Canada’s top grade 9-12 female prospects for your volleyball programs.

As a not-for-profit organization, we are a dedicated group of people who are former Canadian national team members, former college or university players, coaches and parents, committed to helping the athlete realize their dream to play volleyball while receiving a post secondary education.
Volleyball Prospects Canada is not affiliated with any post secondary institution. Canadian and American coaches are both encouraged to participate in our Volleyball Prospects Camps. The athletes current coach, high school or club, are encouraged to attend the camp to support their athlete. Pre-registration is mandatory.

• Innovative Camps designed to maximize your recruiting time and the identification process.
• No more than 15 athletes on a court at any one time.
• A chance to evaluate top prospects over a FULL 1 day period with athletes receiving a total of 5 hours of court time in front of YOU the coaches.
• Unique color coded system to identify athletes by class year and ID numbers using t-shirts and media guides.
• Grades 10/11/12 athletes are showcased in fairly equal numbers.
• Grade 9 athletes are by invitation only assuring you quality up and coming young talent. Many of the grade 9’s from our 1st annual camp are now being recruited by the top programs in Canada & the US!
• Former CDN National Team members and University/College players running all drills. By volleyball people – for volleyball people, this is what we do!
• Top athletes from across Canada - Many of our nations best!
• 5 hardwood courts for running active drills with plenty of private viewing areas. Feel free to move about the courts to video tape or evaluate. 3 courts at the Barrie High School.
• Parents and spectators have separate seating away from coaches.
• Private board room in the Volleydome for coaches.
• Coordinated times for you to speak to seniors (grade 12’s) after the camp allowing ample face to face discussion with athletes to promote your programs.
• Prospects Booth set up for displaying your programs literature.
• Includes Breakfast Meeting for Coaches Saturday Morning at Four Points Sheraton
• Coffee/snacks provided both days for coaches in a private room.
• International Airport with 25 minute taxi service to the official hotel.
• Volunteer drivers all weekend to assist coaches with travel needs from gym to hotel.
