Volleyball Prospects Talent Showcases, facilitate the recruiting process between athlete and coach. Without exposure, coaches will not know who you are or what you are capable of achieving as an athlete on the court. Exposure in a program such as these showcases has the ability to change your destiny both academically and athletically!  Our Showcases are coordinated and ran by former national team members, CIS and NCAA university players, and club coaches. Coaches/Scouts from across North America are invited to our camps to give the athletes the broadest exposure and options possible for their post-secondary volleyball careers.

5th Annual Volleyball Prospects Talent Showcase 2010 Calgary Volleydome

• Friday January 22nd – Registration & Physical Testing (waves start 5:30PM)

• Saturday January 23rd – Showcase all Classes (waves start 8AM – 6PM)

• Sunday January 24th – All-Star Match 9:30-10:30 18 Athletes by Invitation.

• National Team Development Camp (10:30am-12:30) open to all athletes.

Limited spaces considering some Eastern athletes will now attend as well so register early!

All athletes should make sure that they have a free profile on our website so that we can use this to contact you . . . but more importantly so that post-secondary coaches can contact you as well!

What else can you expect from our Volleyball Prospects Showcases in 2010:

Highly organized events spread over 5 courts at the Volleydome

5 hours court time in front of coaches by participating in morning and afternoon waves!

• Equal participation & exposure – no one club will scrimmage or be showcased.

• Maximum of 15 athletes on a court at any one time.

• Position specific drills coordinated by former Canadian National Team/University players.

• Game play in a competitive envirmonment designed to highlight your skills and team work.

• Physical Testing for all your online stats.

• Your Volleyball Profile in a Media Guide given to every coach/scout in attendance.

• Your Volleyball Profile Online for hundreds of coaches to access and review pre and post camp.

• Register your free profile and update it as often as you like!

• A very cool “Talent Showcase” T-Shirt representing your grad year.

• An opportunity for grade 12’s to meet one-on-one with coaches and scouts on Saturday.
